We Love You Daddy

This morning we had to say good bye to our Daddy. He has to go the desert to work for a while. We can't wait to talk to him on the computer, write letters and color pictures for him. We have the best daddy in the world! America is lucky that we are sharing our daddy with them to help make sure we are all safe! WE LOVE YOU DADDY AND WE ARE GOING TO MISS YOU!
P.S. We are going to take good care of mommy so you don't have to worry!

We were waving to your airplane and yelling bye as it was taxing down the runway! We even blew you some kisses. We hope they landed right on your cheeks!
WE LOVE YOU DADDY!

Happy Birthday-Fathers Day

Thursday we through Ty a Happy Birthday/Father's Day Party since he won't be here for both of them:(

Ty with his yummy banana cake with cream cheese frosting Birthday cake, with 8 candles because he is turning 28!

Hattie really wanted at the Birthday cake. As we were taking her off the table she put her foot right into it and then proceeded to try to eat it.

Hattie even got a slice of the Birthday cake. She should be a lot of fun on her first birthday. (Can you tell she has brothers. Her nice bib thats blue with cars on it.)

Ty with all his Father's Day gifts. I let each of the kids pick something out for him. Landen chose a yo-yo, Porter chose a duck and fish that swim in the water. Hattie chose a stuffed animal. (Everytime we go to Target Ty would pickup this stuffed animal and give it to Hattie to play with.) I got Ty a whoopie cushion. This thing is a big hit around our house. The boys love it. Hattie is a little afraid of it.
I also let the kids chose something big for Dad's Birthday. This is what they chose. Landen actually picked it out and said that dad really really really really needs this. Since I took them to the store and said they could get him whatever they wanted I had to be okay with it. Ty loved it and they had a lot of fun with it.
Ty with the rest of his loot!
HAPPY FATHER'S DAY/BIRTHDAY DAD WE LOVE YOU!!

Fishing at the Base Lake

Monday we headed over the Base Lake for family night. We packed some dinner and headed on over. Unfortunatly we weren't able to make our dinner there, (see pictures below) but we had a lot of fun fishing.
Ty caught the only fish.

Landen decided we wanted to jump in a grab a fish. He really fell in while throwing rocks. Ty had to wade in to get his shoe that was floating on top. Good thing dad didn't need his jacket, because we striped Landen down and zipped up his jacket while we cleaned up and headed back home.
This was Porter's favorite part of fishing. He LOVES worms! He carried this worm around for a long time. When we finished fishing we let him throw the rest into the water. He thought it was a lot of fun.

Hattie sure loves to be outside! If you look closely you can see her 2 new teeth on the bottom. One of them has cut completly through the other is close.

Enjoying a snooze!
