We had a Birthday party at Grandpa and Grandma Loveless' for all the July and September birthdays. We of course had to have a pinata which of course was the hardest thing in the world to break. We broke it right off its rope and then took a baseball bat to it. It did eventually get broken and we had lots of candy!!
We went to see the baby elephant and the Hogle Zoo before we left. She was so cute and fun to watch play. I couldn't believe how small she looked and she weighed over 200 lbs, but I guess compared to her mom she would look small.
While we were in Utah we spent A LOT of time at the Doctors. Hattie and Porter kept getting anything and everything. Hattie had 4 ear infections in 2 months. We finally went through the process of changing doctors to doctors at a Hill Air Force Base and we took all the steps to get Hattie some tubes in her ears. I thought her little socks looked so cute with her id band on her ankle. This is right before surgery which took only 15 mins! She hasn't had an ear infection since and we haven't had to go to the doctors since:)!!!
So now we are finally back in Nebraska (and we have since the 8th of October) we are just sitting around patiently (or not so patiently) waiting for the A.F to bring our dad home. Their flights just keep getting delayed (and I don't mean like a couple of hourse, but like the first time it was 50 hours and the second was 15 hours) which is no fun for anyone! Hopefully it doesn't get delayed again and he will be home really late Saturday night:) We can only hope!!! Once Ty gets home we will go pick out a new camera (just as a reminder don't water your camera it doesn't grow. I still can't part with it. Even though it doesn't work it still just sits in my closet. So sad!) So we should back in business posting all our fun adventures!
